Returns and Cancellation Policy

If you need to return an incorrectly supplied, damaged, recall or faulty item, please call us on 01621 814301 or email us at info@intravita.com to notify us, before returning any items to us.

Please be aware:

Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation from IntraVita International Ltd.

Returns cannot be accepted for any other reason other than those stated above.

for any orders placed in error (or change of mind) by the customer, once delivered are not subject to a refund, as returned stock will be destroyed and not entered back into the supply chain.

Returned goods must be received within 5 days of the date of invoice included with the goods. We advise you to obtain proof of posting for items being returned by post.

Once a return has been authorised - Please securely label and package the goods in the original packaging, inclusive of all accessories and operating instructions.

Unfortunately, goods cannot be accepted for credit if the seal has been broken or any outer packaging has been removed or damaged.

Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your products are dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 2pm can be cancelled up until 2pm the following day.
  • Orders placed on the day of dispatch can be cancelled up until 2pm same day (9am to 2pm).

If a delivery is returned to us by the courier for a reason out of our control, your products will be resent to the same address or an alternative address upon request.

Faulty, Damaged or incorrect goods policy:

In the unlikely event that the products are damaged in transit or faulty, we require
this to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

  • If your products have been damaged in transit, we will require photographic evidence to be emailed over, along with details of damaged goods within 24 hours.
  • we also require the damaged goods must be returned to us, in order for us to process a claim with the courier. (please ensure proof of postage is provided)
  • This must  be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery in order for us to begin a claim with the Courier.
  • If you have been sent incorrect items, please report this via email within 24 hours.
